She appeared on upstage as a small girl, quite alone, who wanted to play with Heather and show her her home!
Later Heather received an email from someone who said she was Esmé’s sister and attached a photo of a postcard sent to Heather with only Heathers email address on it.
It now seems from Esmé’s sister’s emails and her blogspot, that Esmé might be homeless or a displaced person. It looks as though she is using a disused postbox, from a place where the girls’ played as children, in the hope that her mail will be found.
Despite efforts by some international organisations to help her, the young woman is still elusive.

Esmé is a mystery.

Why does she not accept help?
Where is her home?
How does she live?
How has she got onto Upstage?
Is she a child or a woman?
